Technology Airtime - costing our Governments Trillions of Dollars

Technology Airtime is arguably one of the most critical specifications for creating nimble and efficient computer systems. The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) must address Technology Airtime to reduce expenses.

The United States government employs millions of people who use computers every day. If each of those employees wastes just 15 minutes a day because of Technology Airtime, the cost to taxpayers is staggering.

Math: 15 minutes × 480 total minutes (8 hours × 60 minutes) working = 3.12% spent on Technology Airtime.

If a government employee makes $75,000 a year, that is $2,340 in wasted time per employee per year. Multiply that by millions of employees, and you are talking about billions — potentially trillions — of dollars in wasted time.

The solution is simple: measure Technology Airtime, reduce it, and reinvest the savings in the programs and services that matter most to the American people.

Technology Airtime is the gauge. The question is whether our government has the will to use it.
