The Best Way to Help More People is to Decrease Expenses

This article is about how to help more people in the World, and I am using math to prove how we can do this. First and foremost, in the big picture of helping people, it takes everybody. Basic principle is Revenue — Expenses = Profit, and so if we reduce expenses, we increase profit.

Computer technology is fantastic to use, but the hidden secret which has been exposed, is that technology has evolved to become like a slow boat, going up a stream. Another way to put that is technology is like driving a 1962 VW bug up a hill on a hot day. Computer Technology is Slow!

The time wasted while using computers, smartphones, and tablets today is measured as a specification called TAT, which stands for Technology Airtime.

Example of TAT — Technology Airtime: If you spend 14 minutes a day waiting on your technology because of Technology Airtime, then in a given year, you have spent over 80 hours. 80 hours is a two-week vacation.

Math: 14 minutes × 365 days in a year = 5110 minutes ÷ 60 minutes per hour = 85.16 Hours.

So, if you make $50,000.00 a year that is $1,560.00 in wasted time. A US Senator makes $193,400.00 so that means they waste $6,034.00, and there are 100 Senators, so total wasted time is $603,408.00.

Technology Airtime is costing our governments and businesses billions of dollars. The Best Way to Help More People is to Decrease Expenses.
